Community Engagement and Management:

Actively engage with our community across social media platforms. Create a welcoming environment, encourage participation, and foster a sense of belonging among members.


● Brand Advocacy and Voice: Represent the voice of Wingbuddy in the
community while bringing community insights back to the business. Be an
ambassador of our brand, embodying our values and mission in every
interaction.


● Content Curation and Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to
integrate community feedback into content creation. Help curate and
coordinate content that resonates with our audience, maintaining consistency
with our brand identity.


● Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow our social media presence. Monitor, respond to, and manage inquiriesand discussions on social platforms. Develop ideas to further grow this audience and expand our reach.


● Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.


● Crisis Management: Handle sensitive community issues with tact and
professionalism. Be proactive in managing and mitigating any negative
situations that may arise.


● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer
support, product, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.


● Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.


● Bilingual proficiency (English and French) with exceptional communication skills.


● Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and community trends.


● Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into action.


● Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building relationships.


● Creative, dynamic, and proactive with a positive mindset.


● Knowledge of content creation tools and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
