Job Description:
As a member of customer service, the agent will have to interact with customers to answer their
questions about their reservation, products and will have to help solve problems. The person in charge
will have to communicate and support the client by phone and email.
The main tasks of the position are:
Respond to customer calls regarding their reservation
Answer questions by email
Listening to needs and resolving situations
Dealing with customer comments and complaints
Find appropriate solutions to questions and problems received
Know how to recognize and prioritize emergencies
Be in communication with partners at destination
Finalize and save certain information in the reservation

Proactive with attention to detail
Reliable, autonomous, good sense of initiative, ability to learn quickly
Motivated to join a young tour operator in full growth and wishing to actively contribute to the

Good time management skills and an understanding of pressing issues are required.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in customer service (essential)
English (Required)
French (an asset)
Experience on Zendesk (an asset)
