What is the group size?

This amazing package is completely hassle free for you: all flights, transfers, excursions, and hotels with breakfasts are taken care of. You will be part of a group during the included tours. The tours are usually joined by 10 participants on average, the maximum could be 30. The rest of the time, you will be free to explore on your own: take a hike, relax on the beach, visit temples, get a massage...

Is triple occupancy available?

Yes. The price is the same for the 3rd passenger unless it is a child aged between 2 and 11 years old (at the time of the travel).

Is single occupancy available ?

Yes, you can book a single room for this tour, offering you comfort and privacy in your own space. Please note that single rooms are thoughtfully designed to offer a cozy and comfortable stay, typically featuring a single bed and a space slightly smaller than a standard double room.

Will there be someone waiting for us at the airport?

Yes, our local operators will welcome you at the gate holding a sign with your name on it. You will be transfered to the hotel.

We suggest the following amounts, you may of course tip at your discretion. For luggage porterage at the hotels or the airport: $2 CAD / $1 USD per bag, the hotel staff: $2 CAD /$1 USD per day and the tour guides: $5 CAD / $4 USD per day.

What is the average cost of a meal?

All your breakfasts are included at the hotels (buffets). For the other meals, we definitely recommend to try the local gastronomy while you are out visiting. The cost of living is rather low in Bali, a light lunch at a local food stand should cost you $5 CAD / $4 USD per person and a nice supper at a restaurant can amount to $20 CAD / $15 USD per person.

Is it possible to add extra nights?

Yes, you may add extra nights to your package. Simply make the request with your reservation agent who will change your flights accordingly. We can include the same hotel or you may stay under your own arrangements. The price will be confirmed by your agent depending on availability.

Unaware tour subcontracted out to secondary local tour company- Panorama. Good to know. Unaware this was a privately guided tour- only 2 people- us. Good to know in advance. Be aware that any change to Wingbuddy initial package price offered will result in “customization” additional package fees. Bali Hai optional excursion- price paid to Wingbuddy Ís $100. more per person than booking it yourself in Bali. Unfair.

I would also make sure the AC in the transportation vehicles work sufficiently. We loved all the tours and the tour guide but we spent hours driving uncomfortably because of the AC

Well organized from beginning to end, the flights, the hotels, the drivers, the guides, the breakfast included all fantastic! Would highly recommend this trip!

Great Bali cultural experience!
The package was balanced alternating between beach days and excursions.

Our guide Yogi and our driver Andy were excellent. Yogi is the best guide we ever had. We left Bali filled with great memories.

PAUL

4.3

LOcal guide and driver were great. (Yogi and Adam). They greatly added to the quality of our trip.

LORI

It was a very well organized trip and went perfectly. Our guide (Jana) was amazing! The hotels were beautiful, food and all. There were a lot of excursions, maybe sometimes too many, because most days we were gone for 8-13 hours and that was tiring. But the places we were taken to were amazing.

The one thing I can complain about is that there needs to be more days in Ubud, because O.M.G. Ubud is amazing!! As far as I'm concerned, that is Bali - the jungles, rice fields, climate..Wow!!!

PAMELA

Everything went really well. This was really great value for all of the things that were included. Bali is beautiful and this really provides so much insight into its culture that is combined with plenty of downtime to enjoy and explore on your own. Had I known Ubud was so wonderful I would have booked another day or so. Thank you Wingbuddy , I highly recommend this package !

DAVID

Suwitra, our guide and our drivers were great.

Sadara resort in Denpasar and ananda in ubud were wonderful. Food, staff, rooms, pool, our guide and driver were fantastic. Tours were very interesting and we covered all the main attractions in Bali.

TRESSA

Our package went without any hiccups. Perfect from start to finish. We had the same driver and guide our whole trip except for ride to departing flight. The tours were just right and our guide accommodated any variations. He was the perfect guide. I recommend Wingbuddy to all my friends. Thank you for the perfect trip!

VALERIE

Overall I really enjoyed the trip. The breakfasts at the Sadara Beach Boutique hotel were absolutely amazing as were the staff who served us every morning. The staff in general at both the hotel in Denpasar and Ubud were top notch! Always very friendly and helpful. Our drivers and tour guides were wonderful. In the end, we took part in only 3 of the tours offered as we found them a little long and one of them appeared to be very close in content to one we had already taken. We were happy, however, to spend the day on the beach and poolside in any case, so no real complaint!

LYNNE

Great service. Our tour guide and driver in Bali was amazing. He gave us exceptional personalized service. The hotel Sadara was great. Breakfast was amazing.

This was our second trip with Wingbuddy and we had an amazing time. This trip was to Bali. Everything went smoothly, from flights, to pick ups, accommodations, and tours. Our tour guide, Dana was awesome, he went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 10 and made sure that all our needs and wants were met. Our customer rep in Bali, Salsa, organized our day trip to our requests and needs, and we had a lovely adventure. We appreciated all that she did for us, and was always ready to assist us if we required any further assistance. All our tours in this trip were so interesting. Something for everyone!! All the staff at our hotels, Sadara Boutique Resort and the Ananda Ubud were amazing. They were all extremely friendly and so helpful when we needed assistance. The people of Bali are absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the fact that we could modify our excursions slightly for what we wanted. We were also able to miss a tour as one day we just needed an extra day to relax and recharge. Thank you so much, Wingbuddy. We look forward to our next trip with your company!!

Our tour guide Sudiana was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about Bali Hinduism, the land, history, culture and so much more. I would highly recommend this tour although be prepared for a long flight.

The trip was amazing! Our tour guides Rika and Henry were the best most helpful and fun young people! They definitely made the effort to go beyond our expectations! Hotels were nice and comfortable. People were wonderful everywhere we went. Would love to travel with Wingbuddy again!

GABRIELLA

We all had a fabulous time!
The hotels and staff were awesome!
Guide and driver were great.
The staff at wingbuddy were fantastic at arranging this trip.
Thank you :)

HELEN

This was an amazing trip. Wingbuddy was very organized and reliable. The excursions were great and gave us an overview of Bali. We suggest an extra day in Ubud. Don’t miss the spa at Ubud Wana resort. The package that includes a four handed massage and soak in a flower filled tub was excellent and reasonably priced.

MELISSA

I really wish we could’ve spent more time in Ubud. I really loved the jungle environment of the hotel there. And I would’ve loved to have spent more time at the yoga barn and doing yoga. That was a highlight of the trip for me. So only getting to spend one full day there was not enough. I know some people don’t love the jungle as much as the ocean, but I do.

SUSAN

We loved our experience in Bali and our tour guide Nunung was amazing and the best!

SHELLEE

I loved our first hotel on the beach. Our tour guide was outstanding

GERALD

Greatly enjoyed Bali vacation..
Well organized tours.. One day on and one day off for tours made it easier, rather than having tours back to back.. 4 tours would have likely been enough, rather than 5.
Hotel in Ubud was a bit lower standard than expected.
Panorama guides in Bali were excellent..
Overall, fantastic experience.. thank you.. and keep up the great work.. c u soon..

MARISA

Perfect combination of included excursion and free time! Everything was well organized! The reps on location were informative and always available for assistance!

HAMADY

Very pleased with the package. Enjoyed the guided tours. The tour guide was outstanding. The day trips and the flexibility were excellent.

RITA

Our guide "Deika" (Nandika Diego Andriana) with Panorama travel was the absolute BEST!!!!
We had our own guide and driver through out the trip.... this was excellent.... we were able to make minor adjustments to the tours as we were the only 2.

We had an amazing trip!! What a beautiful spot on this globe. Our only trouble was that we weren’t able to contact the local tour operator as they had moved and the phone wasn’t working. Regardless they always showed up on time and the guides were awesome! 1000% recommended.

All in all, everything was fantastic. Our local guides were absolutely excellent for the most part.

I think that the Sanur could have been 8 nights and Ubud 4 nights. The time in Ubud was too short, considering how charming that town is!

Thank you for all your hard work and professionalism that you put forth make a trip to such a wonderful memory!

The service provided at reservation was simply amazing. They made it possible for us to stop in South Korea for 2 days on our way to Bali and back.
Also the tour company in Bali was absolutely the best. The guides were always on time, polite, funny and provided a lot of information.
Thank you Wingbuddy.

MARGARET

I was very impressed with the travel times considering such a long trip. Transfers went well. Both hotels were very nice, and great breakfasts. I think the tours were quite long, perhaps they could be shortened. We went on a half day one and it was perfect.

Wingbuddy was great in all respects!!

Richard

Wonderful experience. All went smoothly before and during holiday. No complaints what so ever. Will certainly loll at using Wingbuddy again and will recommend to others I know.

Pardeep

Our overall experience with Wingbuddy was exceptional. Every detail of the trip was very organized, accommodating to our needs, friendly and knowledgeable staff for all tours. Holiday Inn made our trip incredible, we absolutely loved this hotel and wished our entire stay was with them. Unfortunately, we were extremely let down with the Tropical Garden in Ubud. I will definitely be booking with Wingbuddy for all our travels!!!!!
