Day 1: Canada - Prague (Czech Republic)
Departure flight to Prague.
Day 2: Prague
Arrival at the airport in Prague. You will be greeted by our local representatives after exiting the customs and transferred to your hotel in Prague. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or start your exploration of the fascinating city of Prague.
Day 3: Prague
Following breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a guided tour of Prague where your local guide will introduce you to the beauty of this incredible city. During this walking tour, you will see the Old Town Square, famous for its Astronomical Clock from the early 15th century, and Wenceslas Square. You will then continue to Charles Bridge and Kampa, where the excursion will end. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Prague. (Breakfast)
Day 4: Prague
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a full day at leisure to continue your exploration of Prague. You will certainly be astonished by the wonderful Charles Bridge, a 500-meter long stone bridge from the 14th century decorated with 30 statues and connecting the Old Town with Prague Castle. In the Lesser Town, visit the Church of Saint Nicholas which is considered one of the most beautiful baroque monuments in Europe. This beautiful area located on the slopes just below Prague Castle is also famous for its number of pubs and restaurants. Overnight in Prague. (Breakfast)
Day 5: Prague - Vienna (Austria)
After breakfast, greeting in the lobby of your hotel and transfer to the train station in Prague. Departure toward Vienna.
Arrival at the train station in Vienna. Greeting by our local representatives and transfer to your hotel in Vienna. The rest of the day is free for you to start your exploration of Austria's capital city. Overnight in Vienna. (Breakfast)
Day 6: Vienna
Following breakfast at the hotel, you will need to make your own way to the starting point of the city tour, located in the center by the Vienna State Opera. The half-day guided city tour begins with a bus ride along the famous Ringstraße Boulevard, where all the city’s most iconic and magnificent sights are located. You will see the Vienna State Opera, the former Imperial Palace of the Hofburg, the Museum of Art History, the Parliament, the Rathaus (Town Hall), and the Burgtheater. The highlight of the tour is a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, the former Imperial summer residence of the Habsburg dynasty. Here, you will enjoy a guided tour of the State Rooms with skip-the-line entrance, offering a glimpse into the lives of Emperor Franz Joseph and his wife Empress Elisabeth, nicknamed "Sisi." After the tour of Schönbrunn Palace, the bus will return to the Vienna State Opera. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Vienna. (Breakfast)
Day 7: Vienna
Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a full day at leisure to continue your exploration of Vienna. Stroll along the banks of the Danube and enjoy a more laid-back atmosphere. Discover the varied and sometimes original architecture of the city. Take a break at one of Vienna's legendary cafes and in the evening, attend an opera, a ballet or a concert of classical music in one of the city's prestigious halls. Overnight in Vienna. (Breakfast)
Day 8: Vienna - Budapest (Hungary)
After breakfast, greeting in the lobby of your hotel and transfer to the train station in Vienna. Departure toward Budapest.
Arrival at the train station in Budapest. Greeting by our local representatives and transfer to your hotel in Budapest. The rest of the day is free for you to start your exploration of the city dubbed as the "pearl of the Danube". Overnight in Budapest. (Breakfast)
Day 9: Budapest
Following breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the starting point of the city tour for a half-day guided city tour of Budapest, the capital and largest city of Hungary. You will start your tour from the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, passing by the Parliament of Budapest which has been the largest building in the country since its completion in 1902. From there, you will take Margaret Bridge and go up toward Buda's Castle District where you will visit Matthias Church, constructed in the 14th century, the Fishermen’s Bastion and the Royal Palace. Enjoy breathtaking views of the city from Castle Hill. Across the Danube to Pest, the central part of the city, you will see the Great Market Hall and the largest Synagogue of Europe. Passing by St. Stephen's Basilica and the Opera House, you will end your tour at Heroes' Square, located at the outbound end of Andrássy Avenue which has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002. Afternoon and evening at leisure. Overnight in Budapest. (Breakfast)
Day 10: Budapest
After breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure to continue your exploration of Budapest. Known as the "City of Baths", Budapest is home to a dozen thermal baths that are naturally fed by more than a hundred hot springs. Relax at Széchenyi Thermal Baths, one of largest bath complexes of Europe built in Neo-Baroque style in 1913, or at the Kiraly Bath, first built in the 16th century under the Ottoman rule, which has key elements of a Turkish bath. Day 11: Budapest - Canada

Really great experience. Loved the train travel and the carefree pick ups. I feel very lucky that there were only 7 in our group. I would hesitate going again if there were 40 as that would seem too many. The hotel locations were good. My favourite was the hotel in Vienna. My trip home was 26 hours door to door beginning at 3am. I'm sure there could have been a better route. I don't recommend flying through the USA at this time as the number of security check points is a lot and 1.5 hours between flights was not quite enough time and if I walked slower or the lines were longer, I would have missed my connection in Newark. I got to my final flight with the final boarding call.The airport is huge. I did love the whole experience. Thank you. Tour guides/tours were great.

Our trip provided us with a structure and the train schedules, hotels and air flights were well planned. We particularly noted the seamless way in which we were picked up at the airport, at hotels, and train stations to get us to the next stop. Meals were adequate, and we were happy that breakfasts were provided. Hotels were very good, and staff was helpful. The tour guides, particularly Petra in Prague, were excellent.

Everything about this trip was wonderful. The transportation was set up efficiently with drivers meeting us at the airport, at the train station and from the hotel to the guided tours. The guides were excellent and the morning excursions were just the right length. The amount of time that we had to explore on our own was perfect.
All three hotels were clean and centrally located. The breakfasts were very good with a lot of options.
I highly recommend this three city tour. This is my fourth trip with Wingbuddy and I rate this one at the top.

Semi-organized tours were the perfect way to experience the 3 cities, leaving ample time to explore and pick places to eat or stop at a cafe.
The only suggestion is for more instruction in how to navigate through the first train station for people like us who have never taken a train in Europe.
Overall, it was a great trip and I would definitely recommend Wingbuddy to our friends.

The tour guide in Budapest was little to be desired and not worth our time. The hotel location in Prague could have been closer to the St. Charles bridge and Old Town square. The drivers in Vienna and Budapest were very good. Over all the trip was what I expected for the price we paid. Very nice having someone plan everything and have all transfers and train tickets taken care of. I would consider using again.

Overall very pleased with every aspect of this trip. It was much better than my expectations as I have lots of countries under my belt so am aware of the things that can and do happen. All pick up/drop representatives were on time or early as well as informative. Train seats were reserved and hotels well located (I did upgrade and would do again) As a solo traveler all pain points that cause worry were taken care of. I came away with only positive things to say. With Wingbuddy doing the planning and delivering on this , I was able to spend my time enjoying the destinations.

One time a transportation company forgot to pick us up (probably not wingbuddy's fault), but we called them and they sent a cab really quickly to the point where we got in the train on time (and they proposed to send us new train tickets if we missed it). This was my first time travelling with Wingbuddy. Everything was perfect. The hotel choice was very good and well located. The included breakfast was delicious. The transportation was always on time and I felt like a king.
In terms of communications, they are always available if you have any questions.

It was excellent. The hotel in Prague (Embassy) was outstanding, including the breakfast. The tour was good, but the guide just left us about 30 minutes from our hotel. A little strange. Vienna hotel (Max Brown) was a little less impressive than the Embassy, but pretty nice and very adequate. The breakfast wasn't quite as good as the Embassy, but still very nice. Budapest hotel (Arcadia)was in a great location and was very nice. Breakfast was good. All in all it was a great vacation. All transfers were outstanding and seamless. I have recommended Wingbuddy to many friends and we will continue to travel with you. Thanks

This was the first time we used Wingbuddy and we were very impressed by the service and organization. Every time we had a question we received a prompt and detailed reply. All the transfers and City tours were on time and although the flight from Paris to Prague was delayed for over an hour the driver for our trandsfer was still there waiting for us.
Two comments which may be useful for you in the way of feedback. The flight connections for Air France in Paris were very tight and if the flight from Paris to Prague had not been delayed for forty minutes we would not have made it. The second comment is that hotel we chose in Budapest (the Arcadia) although situated in an ideal location was definitely not a four star. The door of the first room they gave us did not lock and they stated that they could not change us. So I did something very unCanadian and complained more. They eventually changed us to a much better room. It was noisy at night as there often seemed to be drunks in the other rooms shouting late into the night. The hotel only had one elevator which took a maximum of three people. In the morning this was being used by the maids and their carts. It was so bad the hotel suggested that clients check out the night before. It also posted signs indicating what time to go for breakfast to avoid line ups.The breakfast was not as good as the other places we stayed at and thus the 4 stars above for those two categories. The other two hotels, the Clement and the Strudelhof were excellent.
Overall we had an wonderful time. The type of trip i.e. "Freedom" or "Semi Organized" was perfect for us as we don't like to follow a group. As I said we have never used Wingbuddy before but we will not hesitate to travel with you again. You're all doing a great job.
